Registration and payment options for A Safe Passage advanced practitioner training

A Safe Passage products include trigger cards, posters and tear pads.

Posters are available singly for $10 or at a discount in sets of 3 for $25.

Tear pads are available singly for $5 or at a discount in packages of 10 for $30.

Trigger cards are available for $20 per box set, which includes the following:

44 laminated trigger cards for birth planning
3 blank cards
30 potential triggers cards
Containment box

To purchase by mail, please print out the Products purchase form, complete in full and return to the address indicated, along with a cheque or money order for the total amount owing.

To register and pay by mail, please print out the registration form, complete it in full and return it to the address indicated, along with a cheque or money order for either your full payment or a deposit (minimum $100).

Please note:

For groups and/or organizations who wish to sponsor a private function, please contact the workshop coordinator to negotiate the terms of your contract.

Upon receipt of your registration, your confirmation of registration will be sent to you, which will provide the details of your workshop location, maps, and, if requested, lodging advice. Our workshops usually run in a two-day format from 9 am to 6 pm each day.

Nursing infants are welcome in the workshop; however, the intense nature of the workshop precludes the attendance of older, more active children. We ask that you respect the learning needs of the other participants by attending to your child when necessary, and taking him/her out of the room if the need arises.

Our workshops have limited enrolment and tend to fill up quickly, so please register early to hold your spot or call to confirm that space is available. A deposit of $100 (non-refundable) is required with your registration. If you should wish to withdraw from a program, no refunds will be given, but the fee you've paid will be credited to another workshop of your choice offered by the instructor, to be used within a 24-month period. If a workshop should need to be cancelled by the instructor for any reason, full refunds will be given. A charge of $20.00 will apply to NSF cheques.

Fees include materials and certificate of completion. We apply for DONA, LAMAZE and CAPPA continuing education credits on your behalf. CAPPA Canada has approved this workshop for 12.5 CEU's.
